We are looking for a FULL-TIME outgoing, golf-savvy Associate with social media and computer skills!
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ASSOCIATE POSITION:
To manage our social media and online brand image. To cultivate positive relationships with potential customers. To generate engaging content and creative materials aligned with our company mission. To proactively monitor and respond to customer feedback.
To provide excellent, personalized customer service to all guests who visit, call or contact our golf course.
Media:
1. Manage our TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other accounts by creating, scheduling, and posting content regularly.
2. Engage with social media users by responding to comments and messages and encouraging conversations.
3. Take photos and videos on course, at tournaments, and at other events for our social media content.
4. Work with our website consultant to post current events, news, and recruitment materials.
5. Monitor customer review sites such as Google, Yelp, Trip Advisor, etc. and engage with customers to create positive relationships and to resolve customer concerns.
Sales:
1. Collect fees at the point-of-sale and provide guests with directions and information.
2. Answer phones and take tee time reservations.
3. Assist with organizing and coordinating golf groups and tournament play including proper format.
4. Restock merchandise for display and sale.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Performs work in the pro shop and out on the course in all types of weather and lighting conditions.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a general understanding of the rules of golf
Patience, adaptability, and good problem-solving skills are essential
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
Able to work with a smile
Must have a valid drivers license
