We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Hospitality Manager & Administrative Assistant. This role combines administrative tasks with hands-on hospitality duties to help ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for our short-term rental guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update short-term rental bookings
Communicate with guests before, during, and after their stay
Coordinate cleaning schedules and ensure timely turnovers
Oversee day-to-day operations of guest stays
Handle any guest issues or last-minute changes with professionalism and aloha
Requirements:
Strong communication and organizational skills
Tech-savvy and comfortable using booking platforms
Reliable, proactive, and solutions-oriented
Previous hospitality or admin experience preferred
Schedule:
