Customer Service Agent - Part time
Seeking a professional person with exceptional abilities in customer service. Ideal candidate is a person who is a team player and enjoys greeting and interacting with guests on a daily basis and requires greeting customers, taking reservations, answering inquiries on details of our tours, and processing gift shop transactions. Job duties include basic accounting and computer skills. Daily tasks include restocking the gift shop items, cleaning the bathroom, & stocking the cart with supplies for the boat tours. May on occasion need to lift up to 50 pounds (CO2 and soda tanks.)
Scheduling Requirements:
Schedule and hours may vary according to staffing needs seasonally.
Must be flexible in your availability and available to work peak seasons, including holidays, evening, and weekends.
