JOB PURPOSE: To provide external Residential Service customers & internal customers (technicians and others) with prompt, friendly service that results in satisfied customers and employees that are happy.
POSITION OVERVIEW: Join us in our fast paced, Pearl City office as we provide superior service for residential garage doors all over O’ahu. You will be a key front-line team player answering customer calls, dispatching technicians for prompt, efficient response, ordering supplies and invoicing completed work.
You will enjoy a stable M-F, 6:30 am -3:00 pm schedule. You will appreciate paid vacation, personal time off, health insurance, 401(k) profit sharing and additional performance bonuses.
The right applicant has a desire to help people, is self-motivated and organized enough to keep details straight in the midst of a busy day. You have the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing with staff, customers, peers and management.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma or GED is preferred
Customer Service / Scheduling or Dispatching experience preferred
Proficient in using multi-line telephone system
Proficient in email, Excel, Word and Outlook. QuickBooks experience helpful
Must be organized and capable of managing time to meet deadlines and customer expectations
Possess knowledge of O'ahu place names for efficient scheduling
