Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and approachable demeanor, and a genuine passion for assisting travelers.
Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service to travelers via phone, email, and in-person interactions
Assist customers with inquiries, reservations, and general travel-related questions
Process bookings, payments, and cancellations accurately and efficiently
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction
Stay up-to-date on company policies, products, and services to effectively assist customers
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or tourism preferred
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work effectively
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime as needed
Additional language skills are a plus
