Customer Service – Private Aviation (Full-Time | Honolulu Airport)
Castle & Cooke Aviation is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative at our private terminal (FBO) at Honolulu International Airport.
Duties include:
Greeting private aircraft passengers and crew
Coordinating services like fuel, catering, and transportation
Handling calls, emails, and service requests
Front desk support, invoicing, and basic administrative tasks
Requirements:
Great communication and people skills
Valid driver’s license with clean record
Able to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts
Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
Must pass a 10-year TSA background check to obtain airport security badge
