ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide high level customer service to members.
Maintain a positive attitude and take initiative
Maintain the Club aesthetic, atmosphere, and culture
Facility cleaning and prepping, including cleaning of exercise equipment (treadmills, benches, dumbbells), floors and mirrors
REQUIREMENTS
Computer literacy required
Must have the ability to prioritize and multitask
Must be willing to initiate tasks and perform duties without direction
Must have excellent communication skills and be able to work with a wide range of personalities
Must have outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills
Must have a positive, can-do attitude
Customer service or hospitality experience preferred, but we will work with anyone who is eager to learn
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $16.00- $18.00 plus commission
