Urgently hiring full-time crew members for our manta ray excursions out of Honokohau Harbor. Experience working on a boat is a plus but will train the right individual. Must be available nights, weekends and holidays. Applicants MUST reside in the Kailua-Kona area.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer service
Basic boat handling
Boat safety
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Valid driver’s license
Confident swimmer
Able to approach and engage all customers in a professional manner
Excellent communication skills and a professional, neat appearance is required
Articulate and well-mannered
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
Work well in a team environment
Take instruction well and multitask
Flexible schedule as needed to include evenings, weekends and holidays
Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance
