We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our office team and contribute to our continued success.

Position Overview:

Both part-time and full-time positions are available. As an Office Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations within our office environment. This position requires a versatile individual who is comfortable with a variety of tasks including administrative duties, customer service, and inventory management. Some lifting of up to 50lbs may be required, along with a combination of walking and sitting throughout the workday.

Responsibilities:

Answering phones and providing excellent customer service to callers.

Taking bookings for snorkeling tours and ensuring accurate reservation details.

Managing inventory of snorkeling equipment and supplies.

Assisting with computer, cell phone, and iPad tasks as needed.

Performing administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents.

Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient office operations.

Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the office space.

Providing support to customers with inquiries, feedback, and requests.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Must have reliable transportation

Must be available to work at least one (1) day on the weekend

Previous experience in an office environment is preferred

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Proficiency with computers, cell phones, and iPads

Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor

Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical tasks as needed

Organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and workload

Boat tour industry experience preferred
