Responsibilities:
As a Beach Attendant you'll be at the forefront of creating unforgettable moments for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
Offering guests superior customer service while promoting a healthy and fun lifestyle.
Setting up and breaking down daily beach rentals, including umbrellas, lounge chairs, surfboards, stand-up paddleboards, and more.
Cleaning and maintaining snorkel sets and other rental gear, ensuring the highest standards of safety and cleanliness.
Creating a safe and professional environment that instills confidence in our guests.
Providing thorough safety briefings and instructions to guests, ensuring their comfort and enjoyment with rental equipment.
Selling exciting tours and activities, our company has to offer and processing reservations in a reservation system.
Shifts will run from 8:45 am to 6:00 pm. Need to be available on Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays.
Qualifications:
To thrive in this role and bring your beachside adventure skills to the next level, you should possess the following qualifications:
Physical strength and ability to lift 75+ pounds, as you'll be setting up equipment and assisting guests.
Ocean and ocean safety knowledge is preferred, allowing you to confidently guide and educate guests about beach safety.
A friendly and outgoing personality that radiates enthusiasm and creates a welcoming atmosphere.
A professional demeanor, ensuring that guests feel valued and respected throughout their experience.
Self-motivation and good judgment, enabling you to make quick decisions to ensure the safety and satisfaction of our guests.
Being able to work in a team environment. Sincere and caring attitude.
