Job Description: We seek a detail-oriented and proactive individual who is dedicated to overseeing our Reservations Department and leading a team committed to excellence. The Reservations Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Reservations Department, ensuring efficient processes, training staff, and maintaining high standards of customer service. This role is vital in coordinating with different departments and ensuring that our reservation systems run smoothly. Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the Reservations Department, ensuring all tasks are fulfilled with excellence.

Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate team members, fostering a supportive and empowering work environment.

Develop digital training programs and maintain current training materials for staff.

Produce and manage the weekly work schedule for the reservations team, while monitoring timekeeping and preventing overtime.

Lead reservation meetings and maintain accurate paperwork and documentation for the department.

Create and implement sales incentive programs to motivate staff and achieve department goals.

Manage the reservations system, including inventory, pricing, and special requests.

Collaborate with other departments to resolve guest complaints, address any operational issues, and assist in emergencies.

Uphold a commitment to excellence in customer service and guest experience.

Skills:

Must be accessible via cell phone when scheduled as MOD/MOC.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong leadership skills to lead, coach, inspire, support, and motivate the team.

Excellent communication skills to effectively convey information and manage conversations.

Microsoft Office products, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Adobe products.

Qualifications:

Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

Proficiency with reservation and retail software, as well as digital training platforms.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Requirements:

Available to work flexible hours, AM & PM Shifts. Including weekends.

Proficiency in English, with the ability to effectively communicate and understand verbal and written communications

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

Previous experience in a management or supervisory role within the hospitality industry or bachelor’s degree.

Compensation: Range $28.00-$34.00hr
