MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
3 years of previous retail/customer service leadership experience
Mechanical/electronics skills are a plus!
Stellar problem-solving skills
Great interpersonal and leadership skills
Ability to handle/resolve conflicts
Ability to effectively coach, mentor, and manage others
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop positive customer and community relationships by making the customer experience exciting and fun
Maintain the visual appeal of the store
