I am looking for someone to handle the office side of things, and someone to do repairs and getting units ready for rentals.
Office duties:
Show units and get them rented, including back ground checks, leases. Have knowledge of Microsoft, bookkeeping, hand out late notices, deal with tenant issues etc.
Repair and getting the units ready:
Clean, paint, building maintenance, keeping the grounds in order and do some improvement on units.
