Commercial Property Manager – Full-Time | Maui, HI

About the Role:

As a Commercial Property Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of commercial properties across Maui. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to property owners and tenants, ensuring operational efficiency, financial accuracy, and compliance. From budgeting and vendor coordination to tenant relations and property inspections—you’ll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing asset value.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of assigned commercial properties

Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, landlords, vendors, and internal teams

Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and accounts payable/receivable

Conduct property inspections and coordinate maintenance and vendor services

Ensure compliance with all legal and contractual obligations

Draft and implement annual budgets; manage to budget monthly

Assist with emergency response and risk mitigation protocols

Support leadership with special projects and property transitions

Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative work environment

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (required)

2+ years of experience in commercial property management or related field (preferred)

Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills

Knowledge of real estate operations and legal compliance

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Ability to be on-call as needed

Schedule & Work Environment:

Full-time: Monday–Friday, with occasional evenings, weekends, or on-call hours

Must be based on Maui and available to start immediately

In-person work across multiple property locations, with a mix of office, fieldwork, and optional remote flexibility

Physical activity may be required (e.g., property inspections, walking stairs, lifting light weights)

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: $55,000–$65,000 DOE
