Job Duties:
Serve as the liaison between the Board of Directors and the community residents
Manage office hours
Respond and assist with residents’ questions and concerns
Enforce house rules of the community
Drafting reports
Procuring contractors and overseeing projects on property
Willing to perform some light janitorial work
