Entry Level Leadership role available immediately. Ideally, we are looking for a college graduate or somebody looking to start in a new career. We would have an opportunity to train and develop a qualified applicant to help with the leadership in our association. This position is a yearlong management training program.
Responsibilities include
Learning our companies Standard Operating Procedures
Sitting in on Management meetings to learn leadership development
2-4 weeks of full training available
Learning about our Unions and our programs
Understanding PR objectives and goals
Job Functions
Strong Knowledge of our industry
Ability to demonstrate being flexible, adaptable and trainable
Work directly with management to keep account activity up to date
Perform appropriate analysis to best determine customer's needs
Identify and assist with resolution of potential client concerns.
Preparation of action plans and schedules to identify specific targets.
Communicate opportunities and provide feedback gathered through field activity.
Prepare presentations
Requirements
Valid Driver's license
Strong organizational, problem solving and administrative skills.
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills as well as presentation skills.
Must be comfortable presenting to internal executives and at client sites.
