Work description:
- Data entry in QuickBooks desktop
- Invoice customers
- Cash management
- Payables
- Receive Payments
- Reconcile bank & credit card accounts
- Create and maintain job labor spreadsheets
Efficient computer skills a must; e-mail, Excel, etc.
Experience with QuickBooks a plus
Full-time or Part-time
Compensation: Dependent on Experience
This is an in-person position. Our office is located in Kahului. We are open M - F with shifts available between 7a - 7p.
There will be training and support as you learn the role. We would like to fill the position as soon as possible.
