Responsibilities:
Oversee financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget, forecasts, payroll, HR, and IT.
Ensure timely and accurate financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
Manage local, state, and federal government reporting and tax filings.
Develop and document business processes and policies.
Coordinate regulatory reporting and support month-end/year-end close process.
Manage the accounting team, HR team, and IT and their daily operations.
Analyze financial performance and collaborate on financial strategies.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred).
Proven experience as a Controller or similar role.
Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and legislation.
Hands-on experience with accounting software.
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and relevant software.
