This multifunctional part-time position with our property management company will have the right candidate working with our office manager and guest services coordinator.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
1) Light Bookkeeping (A/P, A/R etc.)
2) Other admin duties
3) Greeting guests on property and providing a 10-15 min orientation of the property
We are looking for someone who possesses a real estate license, has basic accounting knowledge, hotel experience at the front desk and in the back office, is familiar with Quickbooks, Microsoft office programs (word, excel, etc.), Google Docs, and Google Sheets. But we are willing to train the right individual. Our ideal candidate is very organized, self-motivated, a fast learner, team player, has a positive attitude and displays the “Aloha Spirit” by nature.
