Accounts Payable Specialist – Marine Dealership

Windward Boats in Kailua is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. We are a leading marine dealership dedicated to providing top-quality boats, accessories, and services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage accounts payable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
Maintain organized financial records and documentation
Oversee end of Day
Reconcile and prepare daily deposits
Balance credit card accounts
Assist with month-end closing procedures
Communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
Qualifications:
Previous experience in accounts payable or bookkeeping preferred
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Lightspeed EVO experience A+
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of the marine industry is a plus, but not required
