We are a global FMCG company and have just commenced operating in the Hawaiian Islands. We are looking to build our team with a strong accounts / office allrounder being an integral part of the company while we develop and grow the business from the ground up.
Working in a small office team and reporting to the Financial Controller this is an exciting opportunity for the right individual to showcase their motivation, skill and positive attitude to take control of the bookkeeping and administration needs of the business.
Ideally you will have a strong background in bookkeeping / accounts with the ability to process daily receipts and payments in an efficient and timely manner. Your ability to communicate with customers and supplier as well as the rest of the Hawaiian team will be integral part of your role.
Your duties will include maintaining Quickbooks with receipts and payments, daily banking, general office duties, assisting in warehouse stock-take and supporting the sales team as needed.
