The Redmont Group is seeking a full-time Accounting Clerk to perform accounts payable and accounts receivable duties in its corporate office located in Honolulu. Qualified candidates have accounting experience and an excellent eye for detail. If you like working in a casual work environment with a highly motivated team, this position will be perfect for you!

Job Description:
Code and enter accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices and screen for any discrepancies
Compile data for financial and tax reports
Data entry of timesheets
Prepare bank deposits, billing statements, and certified payroll
Collect I9 forms/IDs
Collaborate with Operations teams to manage end-to-end work flow processes to properly record transactions in a timely manner
Assist Executive Management and company divisions with other duties as needed
Skills/Requirements:
High School Diploma or general education degree
Associate's Degree in accounting, finance, or related field
Previous accounting experience, preferably in a busy setting related to Real Estate and/or Construction.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and QuickBooks (AppFolio and Intacct is a plus)
High attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Excellent data entry skills
Possess a high sense of urgency
Fast learner and Proactive
Ability to prioritize and get work done in a timely fashion
Have a valid Hawaii Driver's License and vehicle
Be able to work Monday - Friday between 8a - 5p (ability to be Flexible required)
