We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time Accounting Clerk to join our real estate office. The ideal candidate will assist with daily accounting tasks, ensuring financial records are accurate and up to date. This role is perfect for someone with a background in accounting or bookkeeping, looking for a flexible, part-time position in a dynamic real estate environment.

Job Description:

Process accounts payable and receivable transactions. Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts. Assist with monthly financial reports and expense tracking. Maintain and organize financial records and files. Record and post journal entries. Prepare invoices and follow up on outstanding payments. Perform general office duties related to accounting, such as filing, scanning, and data entry. Other accounting responsibilities as assigned by management.

Requirements:

1+ year of experience in bookkeeping or accounting (real estate experience a plus). Knowledge in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to handle sensitive financial information confidentially. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Hours:

Part-Time, Monday through Friday, Flexible

Pay Rate:

$18.00 per hour
