Job Description

HII-Technical Solutions is currently seeking a Senior Intelligence Analyst Subject Matter Expert 5 to support our USARPAC customer.

Come join our team supporting US Army Pacific, in Honolulu Hawaii!. The INDOPACOM combatant command theater covers over half the earth’s surface and provides unique challenges to our National Defense strategy.

Essential Job Responsibilities

Provides analysis and research for industry, infrastructure, technology, country, geographic area, biographic and targeted vulnerability.

Prepares assessments of current events based on the sophisticated collection, research and analysis of classified and open source information.

Develops and maintains analytical procedures to meet changing requirements and ensure maximum operations. Collects data using a combination of standard intelligence methods and business processes.

Assists USARPAC staff with intelligence operations subject matter expertise to support national, theater, operational, and tactical requirements and plans.

Provides subject matter expertise to a production team to conduct processing and analysis of network contributions to the extent required by intelligence teams and analysis efforts in the INDOPACOM area of responsibility (AOR).

Provides deconfliction recommendations to USARPAC staff from a diverse group of national agencies and in-theater elements while developing comprehensive strategies in support of national, theater, operational, and tactical requirements and operations within theater.

Collaborates with analysts and collection managers from other intelligence disciplines, both internal and external, to create innovative and comprehensive collection strategies.

Coordinates USARPAC China and Taiwan efforts with the Indo-Pacific Command (INDO-PACOM) Joint Intelligence Operations Center, Department of Defense counterparts and inter-agency partners.

Other duties may be assigned, as necessary.

Minimum Qualifications

15+ Years with Bachelors or 13+ Years with Masters or 10+ Year with PhD or JD or 5+ Years with MD or DVM or HS diploma + 20+ years of relevant experience.

Possess 5 years’ of current experience (i.e., within the last ten years) supporting DOD or Interagency Intelligence programs focused China and / or Taiwan.

Possess previous experience briefing senior leadership at the General Officer, Flag Officer, or Senior Executive Service level.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to proof read, edit, and finalize intelligence products for senior leader briefings.

Valid US Passport

Clearance : Must possess and maintain a TS / SCI clearance

Preferred Requirements

15 Years’ experience supporting INDOPACOM or component command intelligence analysis focused on China and Taiwan.

Previous service as an Army Foreign Area Officer focused on China and / or Taiwan.

8 Years’ experience supporting USINDOPACOM intelligence and or operations.

Possess broad general knowledge of the USARPAC’s intelligence mission, collection management, analysis, and production requirements.

Advance degree is studies related to China and / or Taiwan.

Previous experience as a LTC (O-5) or equivalent Intelligence Staff officer
