Essential Job Responsibilities
Responsible for managing, maintaining, and delivering the contract deliverables.
Acts as the lead in the deliverable management function.
Ensures that all contract deliverables are stored electronically and that all related deliverables (including renewals) are itemized and assigned.
Review agency contracts and regulatory policies for changes in agency policy and procedure and communicates changes to relevant departments and/or tasks.
Provides reminders to individuals responsible for deliverables and submits monthly reports on deliverable timeliness. T
his position reports to the Deputy Program Manager.
Each employee will be held accountable and responsible for fulfilling each of these duties as well as having the capability to carry them out.
Minimum Qualifications
6 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant progressive experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant progressive experience.
Experience managing and tracking the delivery of projects and related documentation.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain accurate records.
Strong attention to detail to ensure the completeness and accuracy of deliverables.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and government agencies.
Clearance- Must possess and maintain a SECRET clearance with the ability to get a TS/SCI
