Housekeeper

As a Housekeeper, you will clean and inspect rooms and halls in commercial establishments such as hotels and timeshare units and restaurants, by performing the following duties.Must consistently meet quality and timeliness standards in the cleaning of all assigned rooms.Strip units and remove all trashClean units including but not limited to bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets, decksBathrooms - Clean bathtub, toilet, sink, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters, and floor surfaces using cloths, mops, sponges, brushesBedrooms -Strip and make beds, change bed linens, which may require lifting of all soiled linenReport damaged, dirty or stained carpets, drapes, furniture and linensConsistently maintain unit inspection score of 80% or above as dictated by established by the resortEnsures proper use of all equipment and supplies following established proceduresImmediately reports Lost & Found items following established proceduresWork in a team environment and assist with other duties as necessaryEnsure all inventory is in each unitReplenishes houseware supplies as neededWashes walls, ceiling, and woodworkCleans entire unit inside and outsideEmpties wastebaskets and cleans ashtraysAssists in the training of fellow employees as it pertains to their areaOther duties may be assigned
