job detailsThe Electrical Maintenance Technician will play a crucial role in the Solar Panel Manufacturing Factory's Utility Team, focusing on ensuring the seamless operation of electrical and instrumentation systems. The primary responsibilities include conducting routine inspections, troubleshooting, and performing maintenance tasks to guarantee the efficient functioning of critical utility systems. 1st and 2nd Shift Openings Temp to Hiresalary: $23 - $24 per hourshift: Secondwork hours: 6 PM - 6:30 AMeducation: BachelorsResponsibilitiesRoutine Inspections and Testing:
Conduct regular inspections of electrical and instrumentation systems to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
Perform comprehensive testing of equipment to assess functionality and address any anomalies promptly.
Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:
Respond promptly to electrical and instrumentation system malfunctions, diagnose problems, and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex technical issues and ensure quick and efficient problem resolution.
Preventive Maintenance:
Execute scheduled preventive maintenance tasks on electrical and instrumentation components, following established guidelines and protocols.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance procedures to enhance the reliability and longevity of critical systems.
Examine or carry out tasks on broken machine parts and identify defective parts or give recommendations to supervisors on repair requirements
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance tasks.
Generate detailed reports on equipment status, performance metrics, and any identified issues, providing valuable insights for continuous improvement.
