Busy Contractor is looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual to work at in-home office alongside Office Manager. Must be an experienced, mature communicator able to complete tasks effectively and efficiently. Customer service phone skills a must!
Daily Duties include (but not limited to):
Answering Phone
Processing Email and Estimate Requests
Scheduling Estimates
Managing Accounts Receivable
Pulling Permits as needed
Must be fluent in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and QuickBooks.
