Our Multi-Family Management Company is seeking an individual to act as a Maintenance Person/Grounds Keeper for two mobile home parks in Hahira, GA. Someone who is hands on, fair, professional, polite, organized and looking for a long term career with room to excel. We have been in the Mobile Home Community Business for over a decade and work hard to build communities our residents like to call home with staff they can trust!
Required skills and experience: Must have previously worked in property maintenance with common sense, communication skills (written and verbal), knowledge across the trades to include plumbing and electrical.
Preferred: Prior experience in maintenance of Manufactured Home Community, RV park, apartments or hotel/motel.
Driver's License (Required)
Criminal Background Check (Required)
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Promptly responding to complaints, questions, and requests in a timely manner, and taking appropriate action to resolve and address service issues.
2. Work on continued mobile home improvement projects.
3. Lawn mowing and grounds keeping.
4. Get to know professionally all residents of the community so that they have confidence, respect, and trust in their Community Management/Maintenance Team.
