To provide clinical leadership within the rehab team. Responsible for coordinating all rehab disciplines (Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech-Language Pathology) To provide quality patient care. To maintain effectice communications with Facility/Center staff, patients, families, and management. To monitor, enhance and expand the rehabilitaiton programs within the Health Care CenterLICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS Valid professional license in the state of practice Graduate of an accredited school.
