Work with the EDCS CA lead and the scrum master to identify work/user stories (i.e. development, deployment, analysis, visualization, etc.) to be performed during the sprint.

Build fully operational applications following a standard prescribed methodology that ensures stringent process management, quality assurance, configuration management, and security conformance control.

Update the tracking tool (JIRA and/or Azure DevOps) daily.

Provide status updates during daily standups and identify blockers that will prevent them from completing all work assigned during the sprint.

All work will be appropriately documented and tested to meet unit, integration, load, and user acceptance testing as defined by the team's test plans and/or best practices.

Participate in product owner meetings, end customer meetings, demonstrations, user support meetings, or other meetings to enable the EDCS team to support contract requirements successfully.

Documentation requirements will be met for all process, technical, and operational requirements needed to enable efficient support to the CDC.

Deliver all prescribed documentation consistent with the level of project effort.

Provide maintenance and enhancement services, including modernization and feasible customization of business applications.

Troubleshoot and repair customized production applications with requirements analysis, quality assurance testing, and updated documentation.

Conduct all maintenance and enhancement efforts following a standard prescribed methodology that ensures stringent project management, quality assurance, configuration management, and security conformance controls.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in a similar role

Possession of excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Possession of strong communication and presentation skills

Bachelor’s degree

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

JIRA and/or Azure Devops experience.
