Conduct research and analysis of business operational processes and high-level requirements to determine technology system specifications.
Interface with government client and project key stakeholders to identify requirement needs.
Plan and conduct requirements gathering/validation meetings and ensure action item fulfillment.
Identify and manage requirements gaps, integration points and risks across multiple project components.
Manage multiple requirements/ swim lane implementations simultaneously.
Identify and track requirements tasking, deliverables, work effort estimates and priorities.
Breaks down technical solutions into user stories.
Work directly with project technology team members through project analysis, design, development, deployment and operation phases
Develop conceptual wireframe and mock-up to communicate User Interface, functional designs and report specifications requirements to developers.
Conduct in person training sessions
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Management, or other related discipline.
Minimum of two (2) years’ experience as a Business Analyst
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Must have demonstrated understanding of systems development and development processes, strong understanding of Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN), web site design and the ability to analyze, interpret, and apply Federal regulations and policies to business requirements and translate for technical team.
Recent hands-on experience capturing and documenting data, workflow, detailed business requirements and technical specifications.
Recent hands-on experience developing basic user design wireframes and mockups to support communication and validation of user requirements.
Experience with hybrid project management mythologies (SDLC, RAD and Agile).
