This position is a multi-task position and will rotate to areas as needed.Principal Responsibilities Perform intermediate and final inspection of tubing and tubing prototypes. Cross-train within the tubing processes Accurately record data for traceability reporting, statistical process data collection, customer compliance, and quality assurance of medical products. Package materials according to established protocols. Inspect tubing for visual defects using microscopes, monitor microscopes, and box lights. Manually and automatically cut tubing to specified lengths using tubing and braided tubing. Prepare tubing for the cleaning process after mandrel removed, which may involve individual hanging or bundling of the tubes Quality Assurance: Adhere to QA procedures and requirements to ensure product quality. Safety and Housekeeping: Follow safety procedures, maintain good housekeeping practices, and use required personal protective equipment (PPE). Environmental Compliance: Adhere to environmental policies and procedures.Education / Experience RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred but not required. Relevant work experience will be considered in lieu of formal education.Specialized Skills / Other Requirements Knowledge of operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment. Familiarity with GMP and QA procedures Ability to document and record process data accurately. Awareness of safety protocols and environmental policies. Basic math skills and assembly. Proficiency in computer skills.
