The Opportunity: We are seeking a highly analytical and insights-driven User Journey Analyst to join our Performance Analytics team. In this role, you will be responsible for deep-diving into how users interact with our products and services across various touchpoints and channels. Your primary objective will be to identify friction points, drop-off reasons, and optimization opportunities within user funnels, translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for our product, marketing, and engineering teams. Key Responsibilities: Funnel Analysis & Optimization: Proactively analyze user behavior funnels (e.g., onboarding, activation, conversion, retention, feature adoption) across multiple products in the TBC mobile application. Identify key drop-off points, bottlenecks, and areas of high friction within the user journey. Develop hypotheses for improvement and design data-driven tests (A/B tests, multivariate tests) to validate them. Monitor the performance of new features and product changes on user journeys. Data Collection & Integration: Collaborate with data engineers and product teams to ensure accurate and comprehensive tracking of user events across all relevant data sources (e.g., Google Analytics 4, AppsFlyer, PostHog, CRM, internal databases). Ensure data quality and consistency for robust analysis. Insight Generation & Reporting: Transform raw data into compelling insights and narratives that explain "why" users behave the way they do. Work with Data Analyst to create and maintain dashboards (e.g., in BigQuery, Looker Studio, Tableau) to monitor key user journey metrics and trends. Present findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to diverse audiences, including product managers, developers, marketers, and senior leadership. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Direction: Act as a central expert on user behavior within funnels, providing actionable insights and clear directions to product, marketing, and engineering teams. Support prioritization efforts by quantifying the impact of identified issues and potential solutions. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure analytical insights are integrated into design improvements.
