Be the primary contact for both existing and potential high-net-worth clients, answering their questions about brokerage products and services and providing tailored solutions.Oversee and manage client acquisition channels, ensuring timely and comprehensive responses to prospective clients’ inquiries.Lead the creation, management, and monitoring of client goal-oriented portfolios, ensuring that information is collected and provided to clients accurately and comprehensively.Supervise the account opening process for new and existing clients, ensuring that all documentation complies with regulatory and internal procedures.Communicate critical updates from TBC Capital to clients, including dividend payouts, coupon payments, changes in terms of securities, and updates on brokerage regulations.Execute and oversee complex trade orders on behalf of clients, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with client mandates.Lead debt issuance processes, including initial book-building, coordination of client documentation, and communication of coupon settlements with issuers and investors.Take an active role in developing and improving brokerage products and services, generating ideas for process improvements and new product development.Recommend and implement changes and enhancements for departmental and process improvements.Oversee the preparation of presentation materials and deliverables for current and prospective investors, as well as other stakeholders.Ensure compliance with anti-money laundering procedures and other regulatory requirements.Participate in and lead new product launches, from idea generation to registration, selling, and execution of investment strategies
