Disclaimer: contractor role for long-term partnership.This role aims to support the Regional business development team with analysis that helps with business planning - by examining transactional data, market trends, finding out where there are shortfalls to targets and giving business insights that can improve and inform decision-making. The role will also take care of business operations and increasing team efficiency.Principle Responsibilities/Key Results AreaAnalyze cluster transactional data and prepare reports with recommendations on business development areas in respective countries.Identify business needs and develop strategic/functional action plans driven by qualitative/quantitative analysis and market insights.Perform pricing analysis and provide recommendations.Orchestrate all processes related to planning and tracking business development initiatives in Caucasus.Take lead in AOP process related to planning, consolidation, and alignment of inputs from all stakeholders.Co-operate with Business Development, Finance, BPO and Controllership in development of management reporting tools:  preparation of technical specification, regular communication with development team, testing, creation of trainings materials for various user groups and subsequent support of PMs in operational activities.Co-operate with Finance, Business Development, Controllership and BPO teams to ensure the timely and accurate update to project files and reporting documents. Review monthly financial data produced by Finance department to ensure that information is accurate and work closely with Finance team to investigate any abnormalities.Prepare required reports and dashboards to provide regional manager and business development teams with a clear picture of current business performance and progress towards targets.Support ad-hoc analysis (e.g., deep dives into markets, clients, projects) to drive new sales efforts, identify gaps to targets and provide business insights that can support and enhance decision-making. Review investment initiatives with relevant departments and ensure re-allocation of funds where necessary.Actively participate in modelling incentive agreements with clientsCoaching and educating business development teams on performance and financial related matters as well as effective use of MIS tools and information. To conduct training sessions on all available instruments upon request.Collaborate where required with the Operations Controls team to facilitate a solid control environment.
