Description: Daily follow up of production related check sheets and quality documents Data collection, analysis, interpretation Daily investigation escalations from QTC or QS. Roll up and present quality related reports to management (QMC, weekly, monthly, etc.) Facilitate and ensure 5P C/M investigations and progress. Facilitate and ensure PDCA (Plan/Do/Check/Act) for daily quality problems. Support complex analysisDesired Skill Set: Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing) Production environment (i.e. assembly line) experience Minimal travel, OT as needed (typically 10-20%)They will be supporting the Quality Team manager. Throughout the day there will be various quality issues. Units being pulled off line, line issues. Investigating the root causes of product line.Should know about failure mode analysis.
