A global technology and telecommunication company, with expertise in Fiber, Wireless Infrastructure, and connective anywhere-everywhere, is hiring.

DescriptionAs a part of our firmware development team for our Broadband CPE products, you will be designing and integrating device drivers and other board support package functionality. Create factory test loads and provide firmware support to contract manufacturing partners. Create automation via scripting and will be encouraged to become a domain expert on modem loading, provisioning, and configuration. Responsibilities include driver development, kernel and userspace feature development, factory support and working closely with vendors. Close collaboration with other firmware and software developers is required, as well as frequent interaction with hardware and verification teams.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering and 10 years of demonstrated experience
At least 7 years of proven expertise in firmware design
Strong experience with C programming and Embedded Linux
A successful candidate in this role will be a phenomenal teammate with an ability to learn quickly.
