This short-term contract / contract Collections Specialist position is available in the Suwanee, Georgia area. How you will make an impact Generate and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner. Verify billing data and resolve any discrepancies. Ensure adherence to billing policies and procedures. Coordinate with other departments to obtain necessary billing information. Monitor accounts receivable aging reports. Follow up on overdue accounts and initiate collection actions. Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy. Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes. Requirements - Effectively analyze customer accounts make decisions based on said analyses
2-3 years of prior high volume collections experience
Prior experience using accounting software
Comprehensive knowledge of billing
Command of cash applications
AA or BS/BA in Accounting preferred
Great written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
