I need one person, reliable, trustworthy, very experienced and knowledgeable. This person will be responsible for cutting grass, edging, weed eating, using a blower, driving a company vehicle. Applicant Needs to have common knowledge of automobiles, oil changes, tire pressure, and vehicle maintenance. Common knowledge of electrical and carpentry is preferred as well. If the applicant does not have common knowledge of the task that has been mentioned, please do not apply.
Applicant must have a valid drivers license. Applicant must be a non-smoker. Applicant must be presentable on a daily basis. Applicant should be willing to work from 9:30 AM- 4:30 PM, Monday- Friday, and alternating weekends. This is up for discussion, however.
Starting pay varies between $13 an hour and $16 an hour. I do not have a problem with paying people more, hourly, if they can show me that they are qualified to make more money.
