Entry Data into SAP, enter new employees into SAP timekeeping system, prepare department communications and complete employment verification (I-9) for new hires.
Release Raw Material and Finished products, create and manage Certificates of Analysis and manage controlled documents.
Prepare and issue Operations and Quality reports, support Exposure Reduction Program (safety) and Supplies Procurement, end of month cycle review expenses, expense reports, and work cycles.
Schedule/coordinate interviews and coordinate events for meetings including catering orders and expense reporting. Batch record filing and long-term storage.
Prepare new hire document/procedure packets and arrange on-line trainings for them, manage new hire checklist process and ensure checklists are completed in a timely manner. Order safety shoes for employees and manage/provide prescription safety glasses vision forms to employees.
Manage/upload items on the sitewide communication monitor system, manage/post improvement idea slides on the improvement idea board as well as support procedure revisions/updates and uploading into document control system.
If you
Have a High School Diploma or equivalent with 2+ years corporate work experience.
Possess high functioning computer skills using SAP, Excel, and Word.
Own organizational skills (support filing and document management).
Can multi-task.
