"Handy Man" capable of maintenance with a general working knowledge of multiple trades, hands-on repairs and upkeep of facilities. Understanding of and experience with mechanical systems, electrical, plumbing and roofing would be helpful for the job. Some cleaning of the building's exterior surfaces are required. Preparation of spaces required for tenant turnover periodically. Property landscape work is subcontracted but light landscape duties are necessary to keep property tidy. Anticipating maintenance issues before they become problematic is key. Applicants must be hands on, organized, energetic, and a self starters.
Part time/ Flex time possible/or full time based on applicant.
