Sears Home Services is seeking qualified In-Home Repair Technicians. If you have direct or related experience in repairing refrigerated appliances, we want to talk with you about a career with us.
Our professional technicians enjoy:
Competitive hourly rates $20-21 per hour depending upon experience
Commission and other incentives - $1000 or more per month in some areas
Company-provided vehicle, tools, cell phone, uniforms and gas card
Benefits package medical, dental, vision, paid time off and paid holidays
Sundays off and No On Call requirement
Best qualified candidates:
Possess 1+ year experience
EPA certified
Ability to work independently away from the office
Have excellent customer service skills
Are reliable, honest and trustworthy
Maintain a clean driving record for the past 3 years
Are passionate for being part of a team and taking care of customers
Can communicate effectively in English.
