Requirements:
- Must have clean driving record
- Have general knowledge with selling
- Desire to work commission only salary
- Have general construction knowledge
- Willing to grow with small company
- Have growth mindset (not looking for: clock in-clock out, do the minimum, hourly workers)
- Cannot be afraid of heights
- Must have basic computer skills
- Must have basic hand tools (tape measure, hammer, ladder)
- Be willing to learn through project management and hands on training
