Byck Management Company, a locally family owned established real estate company is looking for Administrative Assistant/ Assistant Property Manager
Assist in accounts payable
General office duties to include filing, answering phone, responding to emails
Maintain tenant lease files, certificates of liability and W9 forms
Correspondence with tenants
Prepare lease addendums
Update website and post on social media
Assist in leasing commercial and residential properties
Assist in overseeing commercial properties, residential properties, route maintenance request
Must be well organized, familiar with Word and Microsoft Office 365
