Established Lawn and Landscape Company (13 years) is looking for (2) new part time employees. Previous experience with hedge trimmers, string trimmers, edgers and blowers is a must. Clean driving record and transportation to and from work is necessary. Proper candidates will receive 15-25hrs of work weekly during the normal work week of M-F. Overtime opportunities exist on weekends. Generally hours will be split over 2-3 days. There will be a 30 day probationary period and pay will be $22.50hr during this time. Once the probationary period is complete and according to job performance, the hourly rate will be adjusted up to $25. There is definitely room for advancement and full time employment for the right candidate. Candidate will be required to be on time (15 minutes early) and also be able to pass a background check and a drug screening test. Pay is distributed bi-weekly. This is a physically demanding job for the most part and candidates should be able handle the physical requirements.
