Turn-Key Residential Subcontractors needed for Military Family Housing:

THIS IS NOT A TRAINED POSITION: YOU MUST BE ABLE TO START & FINISH WORK INDEPENDENTLY
-> 10-99 Subcontractor
- Must be able to access Ft. Stewart and / or Hunter AAF military base(s).
- MAINTENANCE / PAINTERS - Must have your own tools.
- CLEANERS - Must have your own cleaning tools and supplies: vacuums, mops, brooms, etc. Floor stripping solution is provided.
Paint & Maintenance supplies for each unit are provided unless otherwise discussed / agreed upon prior to completing jobs such as Change Orders / Out-of-Scope Work.
-> Must have reliable transportation and be dependable.
Work volume is determined by quality of workmanship & speed of completion and as workflow permits.
- WORK WEEK RUNS:
MON - FRI (8am - 5pm) Inspections occur daily during this timeframe and punches have deadlines for completion.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Painting / Maintenance / Cleaning performed on military residential housing.
- Full Scope of Work provided in Service Agreement.
- 2, 3, & 4 bedrooms (single & 2-story)
- Completed work must pass inspection based on the Scope of Work.
PAYMENT TERMS:
- PAY is based on "Per job basis".
