Husk is seeking a warm and professional Lead Host to join and guide our front-door team!

Who We're Looking For:
We're looking for someone who thrives on creating a warm first impression, managing flow with precision, and leading with grace.
Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests warmly and professionally, ensuring an exceptional first and last impression
Manage reservations and walk-ins using the host system (e.g., Resy or OpenTable)
Lead and train host team members to maintain service and communication standards
Coordinate with the management team and floor staff to manage seating flow and wait times
Monitor guest needs and handle special requests with discretion and care
Oversee the cleanliness and appearance of the host stand and entrance area
Handle guest concerns or feedback with professionalism and promptness
What You'll Bring:
1+ year of host or front desk experience in a high-volume, upscale restaurant
A clear and confident communicator, in person and on the phone
Organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
Naturally warm, welcoming, and gracious
Familiar with reservation platforms and restaurant flow management
Able to lead by example while supporting and uplifting your team
