The Broughton Common is on its way, and bringing with it the same innovative spirit fans of The Ordinary Pub have come to expect. With the culinary stylings and cocktail portfolio of Executive Chef Justin Grizzard and Bar Manager Jason Allmond, The BC is bringing reimagined pub fare & the Brunch Life mentality to Broughton Street's east end. A gastropub set in an over-century-old building that housed the likes of The Orpheum Theater, Punch and Judy, and the Casbah restaurant, The BC will be offering contemporary takes on brunch and happy hour seven days a week and a gastropub dinner experience six days a week. We are looking for individuals who love creativity, individuality, and our industry to be part of building the BC from the ground up and making something original together. Front and back of the house experience is preferred. A working knowledge of steps of service, ordering & cost control, scheduling, guest relations, & management standards are a must.
