Description Systems Analyst - Microsoft 365, Windows Migration & Active DirectoryResponsibilities:
Lead and execute migrations from on-premises email, files, and applications to Microsoft 365 (O365) including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams.
Manage and maintain Active Directory, ensuring user authentication, authorization, and group policy management.
Plan, design, and implement Windows 10 migrations from legacy operating systems.
Configure and troubleshoot O365 services, including security settings, user permissions, and data access.
Automate tasks using PowerShell scripting to improve efficiency.
Document technical processes and procedures.
Provide technical support to end-users regarding O365 applications and Windows systems.
Partner with other IT team members to identify and implement new technologies that improve system performance and user experience.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role.
Proven experience with Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams.
In-depth knowledge of Active Directory concepts and administration.
Experience planning and executing Windows migrations.
Proficiency with PowerShell scripting.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
